  3. This is the title bar of the ToolKit‚Ñ¢ Utilities palette and it contains the title, a close box, and a mode switch.

  5. You can move the palette if you click and drag using the title bar so long as you are not attempting to click inside the close box or the mode switch icon.  The position of the palette is always remembered, even after you leave HyperCard‚Ñ¢.
